Two steps
The jury process is split up in two steps for both of which you have to qualify. You can also win prizes if you are not selected to the main jury. So make sure to be in main space during awards!
- Expert jury: Privat session starting at 13:00 (final submission of your pitch until 12:00)
- Main jury: On stage starting at 17:00 (final submission of your pitch until 16:30)

Infrastructure to pitch
- By default, you will pitch on a macintosh computer — connected to the internet — on which we will provide all that you have submitted to us before. If you need your own hardware, please let us know in the submission.
- In the expert jury you will have a screen and local audio, in the main jury there will be a beamer and stage PA.
Checklist to pitch to the expert jury (13:00 until 15:00)
All team member must be admitted to the hackathon (valid ticket and ID)
Submit your pitch by Sat Sept 28 at 12:00 using a calendar link we will share with you on Discord (no grace period)

Be 5 minutes before your pitch time at the location (either K3 or Tower 1st floor, visible on the calendar invitation)
You have 1 minute to pitch followed by 3 minutes of Q&A
Checklist to pitch to the main jury (17:00 until 18:30)
All team member must be admitted to the hackathon (valid ticket and ID)
If your pitch has changed since the expert jury, you may re-submit your pitch by Sat Sept 28 at 16:30 latest to jury-zh@swiss-ai-weeks.ch (no grace period)
